Q:  How many sessions can I expect?

A:   This differs for every person.  Together, with your therapist, you will develop a treatment plan for your needs.

Q:  What insurance plans do you accept?

A:   Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna & Evernorth, Humana, Magellan, TriWest, and United Healthcare UHC/UBH-Optum.  Please verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange your first visit.

Q:  Do you offer remote sessions or only in-person?

A:   We offer in-person (live) sessions as well as virtual session via secured, HIPAA compliant TeleHealth.

Q:  What age groups do you work with? 

A:   We work with adults of all ages.
